Would definitely recommend this property for summer time visitors, however we visited over New Year, and a lot of the local attractions were closed.
This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Norfolk Broads, the north Norfolk Coastline and also local towns and cities, including Norwich which has loads of shops, bars and restaurants.

Lovely location lots of things to do in the local area. Great cottage for a big family, lovely garden, everyone enjoyed hot tub, very comfortable and well thought out accommodation. Mr P, Romsey, Hampshire 03 November 2010
Excellent accommodation, only 5 minutes from Bewilderwood. Highly recommended. Mrs B, PETERBOROUGH, Cambridgeshire 08 August 2010
Lovely house, great hot tub. It was a nice relaxing get away. Mrs L, Halstead, Essex 12 July 2010
Brilliant holiday, lovely barn and garden, the dogs loved it. Lovely treat to have a hot tub. Came away to relax and it did the trick. Would recommend it. Mrs S, London, Greater London 12 July 2010
It's a lovely place, clean, warm and well-equipped - thanks ever so much. I hope everyone else who stays enjoys the same kind of holiday. As I write there are many unfortunate holidaymakers stuck abroad thanks to a volcanic cloud - they should have stayed home and enjoyed some proper hospitality! Mrs S, Chelmsford, Essex 12 July 2010
Nice cottage, hot tub fantastic, very quiet location and car definitely recommended!!! Mrs S, London, Greater London 01 July 2010
A wonderful house and fabulous garden. Cotishall village it is quite close to is pretty ~ it has a village green by the river and has lots of pubs and a butcher which does excellent fillet steak. There's a petrol station, a convenience store and fish and chip shop. There's also a Thai restaurant. Unfortunately you need to drive as the property is set back from the main road and there isn't a pavement or verge that can be walked along safely. There is a farm in the field behind the house where you can buy lovely fresh eggs from. Norfolk has many attractions, the house is very close to the broads and sandy beaches can be found at Sea Palling and Horsey. A great spot for a great holiday. We had a fantastic time at Abbey Court Barn, the accommodation was spacious and the garden was great for our energentic dog! This cottage also has a hot tub which we were in every afternoon relaxing with a beer or glass of wine in the sun. The location is very good too just a short walk to the river where you can sit and have a bite to eat and watch the world go by. Miss C, Eastbourne, East Sussex 01 June 2010
This is a gorgeous property with outstanding gardens and views the property is really spacious and comfortable home from home. Fantastic hot tub, both property and gardens very private and fully enclosed, so your children or dogs cannot escape. Would definitely recommend we will be going back. Mrs S, Redcar, Cleveland 17 May 2010
We would recommend it because of its location and the fab garden, the hot tub was a plus. Mrs H, ASHFORD, Kent 03 August 2009
It was a beautiful property, so homeley, and the garden was magical. We all had a great time and will be booking at this property in future. Mr D, Skegness, Lincolnshire 18 June 2009
